we saw Tom Segura's show this saturday and was told by Brea locals that we were in the new building which was larger and fancier. The place looked great indeed with tons of tables, contemporary wall designs and good stage lighting and audio. We had standard tickets and were seated facing each other but side by side with strangers so it might be awkward if you go with an odd numbered smaller group. you can order drinks and small number of appetizers here as well. They have servers going around getting orders and service was prompt and efficient and the food was unexpectedly delicious. We had spinach dip and chicken sliders and iced tea for me and beer for him. The plan was we were going to eat light during the show and have full dinner after since we passed by nice restaurants around brea downtown but the food was so good we ate everything and was so full at the end of the night. Parking was also free across their building which was generally for Brea downtown visitors. But later when we went on line, noted other parking- on the back and on the side for 3hrs. Thats the thing though- for standard tickets, there are no assigned seats and it is first come first serve so there was a really long line coming in. VIP tickets are expensive though for almost 100bucks each, but you have a separate line and better seats. I have other passions though so i wont be caught dead paying that much for a comedy show lol. Later after the show ended, i had asked about photo or autograph signing and the guy who works there said it depends on the performer. Unfortunately , Tom Segura is not that friendly with photoops.. but his show was great and well worth the drive from san diego.

The Brea Mall is the second busiest Mall in Orange County. It is in the beautiful and safe city of Brea, close to the 57 freeway. There are literally ... a lot of great shops to visit with Nordstrom as the chief anchor. There are numerous restaurants either in or adjacent to mall. This can be as expensive as you want, a great place to just walk around or to do some really serious shopping.
