Recently restored by Mrs. Veronica Moraru and Mr. Valeriu Moraru - professional owners and architects. The hosts are great people, very friendly and welcoming. They serve you with everything they have best, without paying. They recommend you to visit the most beautiful tourist routes in Bucovina. I recommend you visit Lia House.

Beautiful location, extremely helpful hosts
Reviewed By karenhorijonWe stayed here two nights. Although the hosts speak no English they went out of their way to be helpful and to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Breakfast is huge and of exceptional quality. Left-overs are saved for later in the fridge, or packed for you to take with you for lunch. There is a large common area where you can sit and watch TV, and you can also use the kitchen and fridge. The garden is large with facilities such as a table tennis table, BBQ facilities, a swinging bench and hammocks. The room was comfortable, though the bed was somewhat hard. The bathroom is adequate, water pressure can be a problem on the top floor, but it is easily solved by letting the tap run for a while first. It’s ideally positioned for a day trip visiting the painted monestries nearby.

Reviewed By 08nickyiWe stayed there only one night but it was a great night. Comfy bed, TV, internet, a clean bathroom only for us. All in all they had everything we needed. There was also a kitchen we could use if we wanted.

Reviewed By Maria HI stayed at Pensiunea Antonia for five nights in Vatra Dornei. The owner is incredibly accommodating and incredibly helpful. The quaint Hotel is immaculate. The rooms are very comfortable. Downstairs is a full kitchen that guests can use and an outdoor BBQ area with a lovely garden and a covered dining area. The Hotel is very safe. I was actually really impressed. There are cameras on each floor and no one can enter into the living space where each individual room is without a key. There are also sensor lights that turn on at each door (once you approach a door, the sensor light lights up the entire floor.) Very friendly staff, this is the only place I plan to stay at whenever I’m in Vatra Dornei. Highly recommended.
