This menhir located in the backyard of B&B Perda Pinta on Via Nuoro, north side of town, is a very quick stop. The B&B allows free access to this mysterious stone, inscribed with spirals. This menhir is unique throughout all of Sardegna. No doubt you've seen it's likeness on tourist pamphlets and posters. Now you can see the real thing. There are no plaques or notices to describe the meaning or history. Only the stone. And a friendly cat.
