We had to get a taxi to find the address we wanted but true to the description we were emailed we found a black gate with an entry buzzer to gain entry. Balthazar was our guide for the day and once we were fitted out with some excellent bikes we were off just the 3 of use which was perfect as Balthazar really looked after us. For a very young age he was very knowledgable and his English was excellent. He took us to all the main sights and attractions telling us about things as we stopped to take it all in. I would highly recommend using this tour company

We happened to be visiting Santiago during the protests and while we enjoyed a few days in the city, we also looked forward to getting out and into the mountains. We booked with Francisco, but unfortunately something occurred the morning of our tour and he was unable to take us. However, he was able to get Matis as our guide in his place. Everything was as advertised. The peace and beauty of the location was unbeatable. Our apartment host in Santiago didn't even know there was a glacier so close to the city! The area was a perfect weekend getaway for locals and the amount of people was definitely picking up as we were heading back, but because of the great timeline Francisco planned, we felt alone in our private canyon in the Andes.

We booked the Wildlife Photo Safari Pacific-Andes tour from Iquique, a unique experience and probably the best way to learn about nature and culture of the Andes region around Iquique in a short time. Billy is extremely knowledgeable about the region and let no question unanswered (and we asked many!). Not only spotting a great variety of wildlife but also the overnight stay with an Aymara family at 4000 masl, listening to the songs and tales of Don Eugenio, and learning about their life and traditions, will remain unforgotten.

Our guide was Atma and driver was Eduardo. We booked our private city tour only one day in advance and were pleased at the immediate response we received. When asked our preference for things to see, we indicated we would like to go to places that were not within walking distance of our hotel on the city square. Both Atma and Eduardo put together a four hour itinerary that included the “heart of Chile” monument, a small fishing village, roadside stops for photos and of course, stops in the city. We enjoyed ourselves and their attention to our requests.
