The city locals pride themselves with something to do any given evening, regardless the season. There is always someone to meet or see, a good restaurant or terrace to stop by, or simply take a relaxing stroll. All roads go to... not to the proverbial Rome in this case, but to the heart of Sibiu's Old Town, the Big Square.

Details make the difference is something that definitely describes Traian, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. Definitely would recommend. As for the trip, definitely wear hiking boots, I wore converse and it was a bit more difficult to hike up there. It can also get a bit chilly and weather definitely changes fast, from sunny to cloudy and potentially rainy, so definitely be prepared for that.
The Romanians, the EU's most religious nation, have kept up their diverse Christian legacy and used it as an identity anchor during the long centuries of foreign domination and also through the short but fierce decades of communism. The World Heritage Organization has recognized the value of the near-mint condition Byzantine art of the Orthodox churches and the uniqueness of the handcraft displayed by the tallest wooden churches in the world, all of whom scatter the bucolic landscape of Northern Romania. In designing this tour, we distributed the distances (and the time spent in the car) equally between the days, so that no days imply long transit hours. Fly twice between Bucharest and Cluj to further maximize your quality time.
