I grew up in amnatcharoen, but not quite often we go up to this temple, first of all, 20 years ago there are no road and not easy to go to this temple. But now, you can take your personal car ( everyone has car now :) take only 15-20 minutes from the city to go up there. Last time I went to this temple on 2019. There are many more new construction, but still they keep the temple very quiet. Many not many thing to explore much in the temple but if you spend time to see and hear the history about it. You will be very impressd.
