Home made breakfast is included. Our talented chef will be happy to make lunch or dinner, which can be served at our restaurant, or the privacy of your villa. We are located in the Santorini countryside and surrounded by vineyards and farms, and only 300 meters from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos. Its panoramic position offers views of the surrounding farms, fields and the sea, offering a true feeling of nature and serenity. Each villa has a separate entrance, private pool and parking. Anema Residence is a new unique private villa complex in Santorini in terms of size and style, perfect for couples or a group of friends looking for spacious areas, large gardens with fruit and olive trees, comfort and privacy.

What sets this accommodation apart is the fantastic staff, nothing is too much trouble; the assistance and guidance offered was exceptional and very much appreciated. The villa was beautiful, clean and we loved the quiet location. The car hire included into the price was very much appreciated. If you really want to see all of the island a car is essential. Although, driving up the steep roads isn’t for the faint hearted! Everything you would want to see and experience is well within driving range. We without hesitation, recommend these beautiful villas to anybody looking to book a tranquil holiday to Santorini with its spectacular sea views, lovely private pool and the perfect sun trap. We were served delicious, copious breakfasts ensuring I was fantastically well-catered for with my dietary restrictions. Thank you to all of the staff who made this a fantastic holiday, helping us with all our enquiries and for making us laugh every day. Petroula, thank you for such a lovely welcome, and your assistance throughout the week. Isabela, your lovely personality shone through. Thank you for all your hard work. To all the staff - for all you do, and for all dedication to making our holiday fabulous - memories we will forever treasure. Best Villas in Santorini
Reviewed By Gina GWe stayed at this gem of a property with our grown children. We stayed in a Suite that accommodated all of us very comfortably and even had two bathrooms. The style of the villas here are impeccable - traditional Greek materials with a modern twist. The pool area is the highlight with plenty of chairs and a bar with very friendly staff. There is parking here which is hard to find on the island and the price was very affordable. If you want to stay away from the high prices on the caldera this is the best option I’ve seen. There is a nice view of the water on the other side of the island as well. The location in Vourvulos is Perfect. Close to Fira and several nice beaches. I highly recommend this property!

The property is a large Villa built in 2004 in a neoclassical style with an inspired Italian Baroque interior & it is 6000 sq.m. in total. The property is located in Vourvoulos, and is very near the central town (Fira) and other villages (Firostefani & Imerovigli), which are approx. 5 minutes away by the car. The closest beach is situated 5 mins away by car.The villa offers panoramic sea views.
STAY CLEAR, under new management, asking for more money on bookings already made!!
Reviewed By zoeyvictoria1We were due to stay at Villa Leon for our wedding. We had to cancel our 2021 wedding due to Covid and move to 2022. Villa Leon was run by Theodora who confirmed the booking and took our deposit. Theodora has since left and Antreas has taken on reservations manager. I contacted to make sure everything was okay and Antreas has informed me “there is a problem, the owner wants more money so we have to cancel”. I explained we had a booking and have paid a deposit and he said “you have the price from 2020 not 2022. In my understanding when you book a holiday/villa/lodge/tent you book it at the price at that time and that’s that. If you want a true honest villa DO NOT use Villa Leon. The team are a fraud, they’ve taken money from me for a service they can’t provide because they’ve chosen greed. We are due to marry in less than 4 months and now we don’t have a place to stay. Don’t let this be you!!! STAY CLEAR!! Greed over reputation!! If I hadn’t contacted them I’d probably never have found out!!

Einfach wundervoll
Reviewed By AnnahunteSehr saubere liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandlage. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Inselerkundung. Es ist ruhig und am Morgen kann man toll den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Andreas steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich komme gern wieder!!!
