Reviewed By Guru600040Clean and well kept room. Fresh smell, Calm, Comfortable (Bath & Bed). Nice Lifts and corridors! Good Car-Park. Did not use any food & drinks. Expensive for the town! Always book directly with the Hotel and check what you booking is given. Beware of catch in the online rebates. Remember - there is no free lunch, rebates remove or twist the booking!

Reviewed By vimlar2020Stayed at Sparsh in November 2019. Loved the rustic setting. Very eco friendly. Love the respect the hotel shows for being in spiritual town. Felt the positive spiritual feel in this hotel. Felt safe eating in the restaurant it serving only vegetarian. Beautiful for a spiritual retreat. Enjoyed the freebees such as mala making,tea and astrology. Would love to connect with the tourist shop to order some antique jewelry. Thanks for the welcome mala's would love to purchase some.

Best guest house in Tiruvannamalai
Reviewed By m_ambikaI stayed in Sunshine Guest house for 2 weeks with my 4yr old indie pet dog for Thannal's Natural building workshop and more satisfied to choose this place. First when I enquired to Mr. Sathya over phone if there's space for dog to roam around, he without a second thought or question, assured me saying not to worry at all , there are plenty of greens around and that gave me immense confidence to take my dog and I booked right then. And I am more than happy about it. The place is designed so thoughtfully with so much of plants and trees in the front corridor that you can hand out anytime of the day and escape the heat. Rooms were so comfortable with a good working A/C. There's a fully equipped kitchen which feels like home. There are plenty of places to have your food both in the dining hall and the corridor. Unique collections of books which Mr. Sathya offers. There is a beautiful huge lake right behind the guest house where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day amid the lush green farming field. Ramana ashram is about just 2 kms from the guest house, and there are plenty of small shops and restaurants for food. The guest house offers rental bikes to roam around. Apart from the facilities and amenities, the staffs and the host themselves are super friendly and very helpful. They were all so caring with my dog when I had to leave him in the room and left for the workshop, they took care of my dog too very well which I owe them a lot. I don't think so I would find this help anywhere. I wouldn't go anywhere when I go to Tiruvannamalai. Thank you Sathya for hosting us and been a good friend! See you next time!

Shiva Residency is warm, welcoming and the perfect place to stay on a trip to Tiruvanamalai. Located close to the business district, we are a 3 hr drive (185 kms) from Chennai International Airport and just 1 hr from the Tindivanam Railway Station.

Reviewed By SIvakumar-ypCloser to Thiruvannamalai Arunachaleswarar temple, maximum of 5 to 7 minutes of drive. Nice clean and calm place if you want to visit temple and go for ‘kirivalam’ or to visit ‘Ramanathans Maharishi Aasrsmam or many Aasrsmam around. Adayar anandabawan (A2B) is situated in the same buildings first floor which makes easy for Vegitarian person who visit temple. Price: very reasonable. Value for money.

Tamil Hotel postive experience
Reviewed By bhaskaritis4 of us stayed at Hotel Tamil Nadu. The staff was courteous and Manager was helpful. Extra large sized rooms. We took the 4 bed room. Try to book the 3 Bedroom options which face the Hill. Morning views are excellent from the Hotel Place was clean. However be careful while using the beds, We found a Lizard on the bed. Good place for an overnight stay. Ask for items such as Towel and soap, which are otherwise not kept in the room. Restaurant will not recommend , have food outside.

Comfortable and clean rooms
Reviewed By MarianneLunaI slept 2 nights at Laksmi Inn. The apartments are big, clean, silent and comfortable. The kitchen is nice, but without any equipment. There is only wifi in the lobby. The aircon is working great and is more silent than I experienced other places.

Decent stay for a night
Reviewed By Srinivasan DEnjoyed the stay. We went on a pilgrimage tour to Tiruvannamalai and stayed at SDD residency. Walkable distance to East entrance of the Annamalaiyar temple. Close to eateries for food. ~1 km from the bus stand. Well maintained rooms with good ambience and aircons. Courteous staff. At least 6 cars can be parked in their premises.
