This hotel was a nice surprise. Just a couple of blocks from downtown with off-street parking, it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean and the water hot. It was a good choice, not luxurious, but absolutely exactly what you need for a good nights rest.

The hotel is decorated like a colonial hacienda and is really cool! You feel like you've stepped back in time. Very inexpensive as well. It's located close to the Mayan ruins of Tonina. Their restaurant is very good with typical Oaxacan cuisine.

The proposal of Casa LOBE Hotel represents a fusion of several elements; our rooms have traces of local architecture, elements, colors and contemporary textures; spacious spaces with controlled lighting; extremely kind attention. All this aimed at offering maximum comfort to our visitors.
We stayed here for two nights and it was a great place. Our room was very large, with a very comfortable kingsize bed. There was lots of hot water, and Internet was among the best we've had in Mexico. Food at the restaurant was very good. But it was the staff who really made us feel at home. They were all very friendly and helpful, and constantly made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended

This was not a hotel to rave about, but it got the job done. It was dry (raining when we arrived in Ocosingo) the water was hot (although it was plumbed backwards and took a bit of time to figure out) and the sheets were soft (and even better, clean). We never ate in a restaurant in Ocosingo but walked down to the mercado and got a roasted chicken "to go" which was perfect.

Beautiful jungle enviorment, good food. Great trail. Mushrooms. Mario and family are a delight. They have wisdom and soul. Rooms have good beds, hot water and comfort. Enjoy the monkeys and tropical plants and trees.
