They wanted to rob us of $100
Reviewed By _P8866UU02.5-6. 2022 The booking was paid by card, but the deposit was left in cash - $ 100. When leaving the room, the girl at the reception desk said that they would not give us the deposit because they did not find two small towels in our room, allegedly we appropriated them and $ 100 is damage. It's clear that we didn't take them, we don't need them) They began to explain to the man, who, among other things, organizes breakfasts there, that we did not take them and there are exactly as many towels as they were put in the room. I told my husband to call the police and let them inspect our car and all our belongings, and then we will figure out why they illegally tried to withhold our money from us. After that, the man again called someone very quickly, there was a short conversation, and then said that it was cleaning yesterday I forgot to put it in the room and we can pick up our deposit. It turns out that the cleaning in 15 seconds of the dialogue remembered which of the 50-100 rooms did not put two small towels??♀️ Or I don't know what the hotel administration was hoping for when they decided to do this to their guests!

Reviewed By glorias615There was no internet and missing amenities in the room. The staff kept promising to bring a coffee maker but by day 3 I gave up asking. There was no tray in the microwave. I was very disappointed as I have stayed there before.

We were traveling with our dog and exhausted and just thought for one night we could handle a cheap Motel, which we could have....but not bugs and filth. It was the single nastiest place I have ever seen and it wasn't a dogs fault.

Awful hotel stay BEWARE!!

We just got a speech about we only give 1 roll of toilet paper. I still don’t understand what saying I want my room cleaned meant more toilet paper. Did NOT NEED TOILET PAPER. Also screamed at by ( I MANAGER) about smoking when room reeked of smoke and illegal substance upon entry. We had someone with oxygen machine in room. (I Manager) stated his Son lives in handicap room next door. We made reservations room for handicap but was asked several times do we Really have to have the handicap? IF Motel 6 doesn’t want handicap accessible rooms used they shouldNOT OFFER. Very Rude,Dirty and Argumentative hotel. My husband travels for Employment all over USA and has stayed in and we Always prebook hotel stay with NO Problem. We had extra guests for Holidays and This one was conveniently located near our house. NEVER AGAIN! I was embarrassed in front of guests and also after first night kept them at my house until after midnight to take back to room. NEVER EVER AGAIN RECOMMEND EVEN A DOG STAY THERE!!

Reviewed By jcahel87Basic, no frills hotel. Beds are okay. No shampoo or conditioner, only a tiny bar of soap. No coffee maker in room nor in the main lobby. Doors and walls in the bathroom could be cleaner. No USB outlets in room to charge smart devices, so bring an adapter. No late checkouts. Next to McDonald’s of you need to grab breakfast. Also, the pool was drained. There is some false advertising on its website (no coffee, no working pool). I’d only stay here again if I had no other choice.

There is also a separate seating area with a work desk. Convenient 24-hour reception is offered at Budget Inn. AT&T Stadium is 21 kilometers from the motel. Fort Worth Convention Center is a 15 minutes' drive away.

My confirmation says 10 AM but the lobby sign says 12 PM yet the front desk lady will not put you in a room until 1 PM. So I am sitting in the lobby without AC sweating with all of my belongings. At least two other people so far. Not a great first start. Update: After waiting and have paid already the lady took an extra $20 from another person who came in after me and placed him in room. This is just wow! After I let hotels.Com know she cussed them out and threatened my life. Put me outside. And became hostile. If you don’t bring cash I know shes will take cash app but the cost I cannot say will be the same today it was $20 on top of what you already paid it’s up to her mood. Reviewed By john jDon't even consider staying here unless you like roachs in everything you own food fridge your bed while sleeping they send around their courtesy officer with a can of raid to get rid of them and if you complain or get into a disagreement with them they kick you out the place and band you from all their other locations they are a joke don't waste time nor money spend the extra for a extended stay hotel if you need one
