Escape to Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa and enjoy mountain serenity beside a beautiful lake. Our AAA Four Diamond hotel in Lake Arrowhead, California offers picturesque surroundings and warm accommodations for a relaxing and rejuvenating leisure trip or business retreat.
We absolutely love this hotel and had a wonderful first stay there. Make sure and get a Lakeside with Balcony and do not settle for a room with peekaboo views of the lake over a nearby building with garages facing you. We moved to another room because the first one was too far for My Fiance to walk and the views were pathetic and not what we paid for. After moving we were very happy and will absolutely stay at this hotel again. The location was perfect, you can easily walk to The Village where there are shops and restaurants. The resort sits on several acres and has a private beach and docks. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. I highly recommend it.

Nestled in the majestic mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest is the Arrowhead Lake Inn, a charming and romantic hideaway in the heart of beautiful Lake Arrowhead. Our historic inn features Victorian-style architectural details and antique furnishings while boasting all the contemporary comforts you could need. Unwind in your cozy room or in our common room, or take in the beautiful view of Lake Arrowhead from our deck. When you wake up, help yourself to a continental breakfast as you plan your day’s adventure. You’ll only be a short stroll from the old-world charms of Lake Arrowhead Village.
The problem with this place is the things they advertise to attract customers are just plain false: Free Breakfast: More like complimentary snacks, coffee you have to brew yourself, gas station pastries and water/soda Free Wifi: couldn't get a decent connection from the bed. had to stand next to the door Room: didnt match the pictures. we expected a fireplace, got an extra chair instead. Smelled terrible, like my grandmas house. Worn out, mis matched blankets and towels. Bathroom: Couldn't even get a hot shower after a day on the slopes. I reported this to the management and all they said was I was using the shower wrong (i wasn't) Grounds: stairs and walkways were blocked by snow and dangerous to walk on. no effort to provide safe access. Some how this place is listed as a 3-star hotel with a 4/5 star rating. That is a joke. This should be a 1, 2 star hotel at most. With some investment, this place could be much better but it doesn't seem like thats happening any time soon.

So we had a few hours to kill and there was so much to do in and around the clubhouse. The staff was there at every step to make sure we were happy and got what we needed. Overall it was a great experience.

Set among cedar and pine trees at the entrance to Lake Arrowhead village, this rustic, English tavern-style lodge is a 5-minute walk from the lake. Cozy rooms in the main building and private cottages feature Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and 2-person whirlpool tubs. Some rooms have minifridges and stone fireplaces. Parking is available, as is breakfast served in a casual grill restaurant and bar.
If I could give less than one star I would. The staff here is abysmal and have a terrible attitude. They are not empathetic at all and quite frankly they were rude. Never EVER make a reservation here. You will be sorely dissatisfied.

Love the retro look outside and the fact that they appear to be working at keeping up the property, The reviews had me concerned-- in fact I had a backup plan to just leave and drive down the mountain if need be.... The room around the edges was not super clean, the bed was soft and the coffee cups could use a good clean. The room I got which was not far from the parking lot- which was a huge plus, no stairs and had hard floors which is a huge factor for me. The towels were plentiful. Another plus. There was a working coffee maker/hot water maker- check. There were outlets near the bed that worked. The shower had hot water and good pressure- check! The ceiling fan is good to have though I couldn't use it as it just started blowing something around- dust -cleaning chemicals and I started a huge allergic sneezing reaction. The bathroom is compact but everything worked and surface wise appeared clean. I like the Makeup Wipes plus the dark washcloths. Microwave and a good size refrigerator perfect if you were going to stay 1 night, 2 nights etc. They could get rid of the fake flowers-- and they could double check the coffee cups/coffee maker to be sure it is clean. Overall if I go back to the area- I would check this place out. Hope they continue to clean, upgrade, repair. and hopefully all of the rooms have no carpet

For lodging during your Lake Arrowhead / San Bernardino National Forest vacation come stay at the The Kingsley Hotel. Located just a few steps up the hill from Arrowhead Lake and the Lake Arrowhead Village Shopping Center. Quietly nestled amongst a forest setting, we offer cozy rooms at a reasonable price. Close to dining at local restaurants, shopping at the outlets and boutiques on the peninsula, as well as entertainment at a number of local attractions.
This rental property was everything you could ask for. Less than half a mile from the LA village and lake but still very secluded and quiet. The property is brand new with all new amenities, which is always nice to have. It is very relaxing to hang out in the common area and around all the chairs that are on the outside patio. The property managers were always very quick to respond if we had questions and asked us how we were doing on our trip very often. I recommended this property to many friends and family and will definitely stay here again soon.
