Reviewed By EvaF2EvaTravelling in the corona time is not pleasurable at all but the hotel staff made everything possible to make it bearable. They were all helpful and caring. My room was little and simple, good enough for one night stay. Breakfast was delivered to the room, was rich and fresh. Parking and wi-fi are free. Hotel is located about 5 minutes of walking from the city centre and close to the main road with easy access to the highway yet at the quiet place.

Reviewed By Culture575486Hotel was little far from Messe Hannover but due to schedule had book in Helmstedt. rooms were clean but little small, & as our rooms were located on top floor we had to watch overhead or else we would bump our heads on the roof line. bed was little too soft & some colleagues commented their back were sore after several nights of sleep. Breakfast was served good overall but ran out of certain foods at certain times.

Good hotel at a peaceful location
Reviewed By EvaF2EvaI lived in this area for a certain time and Bad Helmstedt used to be my favourite getaway place so when looking for a hotel near Helmstedt this one was a logical choice. It doesn't look really tempting from outside besides its amazing location next to the lake. But I was very nicely surprised by a hotel quality. So bad I visited it during Corona time when traveling is so limited. Except rooms there was nothing open for guests and even the reception was not occupied most of the time. But everything was well prepared for guests arrival and there was no problem with service. My room was simple yet comfortable and very clean. Obviously renovated recently. Breakfast was rich. I had to eat it in my room but had enough of everything, including coffee, juice, choice of ham and salami, cheese, jam, honey... In those short occasions I could talk to the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I hope the hotel will be open when I travel to Helmstedt next month and I can use their service again.
