Reviewed By Navigate27248066866We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, easy parking, free breakfast, comfortable beds and the hotel was quiet. We slept great and felt safe here. I would definitely come back and would recommend it for others.

The Staff Makes This Hotel Worth It!
Reviewed By Amy DMy daughter had ACL surgery and we needed a place for her to recuperate after surgery that was all on one floor. We stayed for one week. The room had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I made meals everyday in the kitchen and made good use of the dishwasher. The ice machine is very large, which was great seeing that we used it constantly. I used the pool and the work-out room and both were decent. Every time I left the room I saw someone cleaning; the floors, the glass, the laundry and pool area. So the hotel is very clean. The negatives were that the rooms are dark. The place could use some updated lighting. Also, there was quite a bit of noise every morning at 6:30am. It sounded like trash collection every day. But what will make us return is the staff. They are all wonderful. Thank you CeeCee, Sandy, Zena, and Brittany-you guys are the best!

Terrible staff!
Reviewed By 463jennibRooms were outdated and in need of repairs. Pool was not opened yet even though I had called to confirm days before. However the absolute worst part of this hotel is the staff! The front desk employee was rude and made terrible comments about my children (that hadn't even stepped foot inside of the building yet) just because I said they were disappointed that the pool was closed. Horrible hotel!

Reviewed By lavidaenviajeHorrible Experience....They ruined my New Years Eve....I had booked a room through a booking agent...Snap travel.....earlier in the day...Arrived to the hotel during a snow storm , had nearby plans , and they had no room available for me even though I had a confirmation. I witnessed 10 other people in the Lobby have the same disappointment. In Snap travels defense they were from multiple booking agents , which leads me to believe that the fault is more on the hotel....The staff was uapologetic and rude about it all......Horrible experience!

Poor plumbing and broken rooms
Reviewed By tameg0sI stayed at this location for 3 days. When I was booked in they let me know that there was a broken drawer in the kitchen area. I said that was fine but asked if the stove top worked and they said yes. COme to find out only the small eye on the stove worked. Then the tv had no sound. I got frozen locked out my room one night and had to beg the staff to get me inside. The WORST part was the plumbing. The kitchen sink filled itself with water as it dripped water the entire time I was there. The toilet stopped flushing by day 2 and no one came to fix it. Day 3 I wake up and the toilet is full of other peoples crap. The sinks were both full and I was forced to use the bathroom at Mcdonalds down the street. Then on top of that they charged ME $250 for their plumbing issues that I complained about for 2 days straight. Lets not forget all the crackheads wandering around and the trash dumpster that was filled to the brim with trash all over the ground. The room had a weird smell and the heater barely worked. Everything was outdated exccept for the microwave.
