Reviewed By Ben HStayed here for 2 nights recently and was very impressed, it seems to be pretty new so everything was very clean and well kept up , rooms were spacious and had everything you need in there , good size fitness room as well , staff were friendly and attentive to anything you needed help with , big plus having an on site bar which offered good section of food and drinks , would stay here again if in the area

Reviewed By h4wi4g48wkThis is a very Nice hotel and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nice breakfast with lots of choices to eat. The pool was nice too. I always liked Drurry inn and this one didn’t disappoint at all.

Amazing Stay
Reviewed By kaylaware007So, I came here last Thursday after moving out of my apartment before surgery on my elbow and checked in. Overall beautiful property just like an apartment. We got the 2 bedroom suite, this is great. Is the furniture a little out dated yes but the beds are extremely comfortable, the shower pressure is out of this world, nice size closet, the front desk people are extremely friendly. Heather is AMAZING! She works with you, we have had to extend our stay three times due to my elbow, she is extremely acomidating. I would give this place 10/10 every time any issues ive had they have been able to fix it. I have a service dog who is so comfortable here as well. We are still here until next Wednesday then we are off to Savannah to our new home.

An Okay Place
Reviewed By DeWitt65101So, this hotel is off the beaten path, and while that's good, it can also be bad. The place was fairly deserted while we were there. It was not noisy. We tried the "grab and go" breakfast, which was all high carb stuff (pop tarts, muffins, fruit, granola bars) and so we only did that once. The laundry was closed because the one machine they had was broken and it had to be replaced, and they didn't want to do it during the pandemic. Translation: they are hurting in this economy. Thanks Mr. Biden. The Pool was closed. The bed was very hard, and neither I nor my wife slept well. All in all, I think next time we'll go back to the Drury Inn.

Free parking and free WiFi complimented to the stay and the price we paid was also low and so great value for money! Good option when you are in a road trip! Large king size beds if you ask for twin beds, really large and spacious. Clean and basic, minimalistic room.

Rude and unwelcoming front-desk employee; forced to wait outside in 25 degree weather to check-in
Reviewed By phthomas71“This is not my job,” the front desk clerk told me as I was checking in. “I’m doing you a favor.” This was at 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning, after I made a reservation on Orbitz just after midnight. Apparently, the cutoff for check-in was at 11:00 p.m. the night before. Her response was made after making me wait outside for 10+ minutes in 25-degree weather. I chose to leave and ended up staying at a much nicer Hilton property in a nicer area for a lower rate. The employees there were lovely, welcoming and truly hospitable, despite my making a reservation and arriving after 1:00 a.m. Avoid Extended Stay America in St. Louis Westport if you possibly can. There is nothing about my experience there that I would like to repeat.
