It was typical prepaid eggs, with nondescript sausage. If breakfast is important to you go elsewhere. The coffee was ok. Accommodating staff. Nothing special, nothing bad. The room we had was a ground floor unit and had very high ceilings which made for an airy spacious feel. Location is near several restaurants.

Great Comfortable Stay

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on my last night whilst travelling through Texas before heading to Houston to fly to Florida before heading home. I was warmly welcomed at this hotel and made to feel like I was visiting someone's home rather than a hotel as the welcome was so personal. I was given a room as requested on a high floor and with a view over the 69 towards a lake which was nice with a full length window. The room was large, spacious with a very comfortable bed and great AC. The room had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay and also large space should you need to work. Great bathroom with all the usual amenities, great counter space as well as very good shower. The WIFI was fast and there were no issues with the connection. Lovely pool area where you can sit out and relax and parking is safe and secure too. There was a great breakfast in the morning and all of the team were on hand to again provide only the very best service. Great location just off the 69 and close to local amenities in Cleveland. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, it was clean, comfortable and the staff provided great service. It truly was a pleasure to stay here and I really hope that once the situation with COVID improves and I am next in Texas I can again have the pleasure of staying here.

Terrible Wi-Fi
Reviewed By nedburfleEverything else was okay. Towels were skimpy, water pressure sub-standard but room was clean. The reason for the low rating is the Wi-Fi. By now isn’t decent Wi-Fi a minimum standard? Obviously not a priority for Best Westerns. Unbelievable.

Reviewed By David WThe room was O.K. With minimal supplies. The building was located between another motel and a restaurant. I guess it was fine if you liked walking to breakfast. I don’t think I will go back my next trip by.

Great Place to Stay
Reviewed By Jeff TSuper nice rooms, lobby and pool and a fantastic price. About 40 minutes outside Houston. This was the perfect place to stop after 10 hours in the car. Everything looks fairly new. Next to lots of food options and just off highway. Super friendly staff.
