Reviewed By Camper61642740738Location of this motel is great, handy to everything I needed. Rooms comfortable but do get road noise overnight. Cleaning process needs to be improved as I found left over takeaway food in the fridge, food scraps wrapped in a napkin on the floor in the corner, and a lot of hair in the shower. Bed was comfortable and free wifi was also great.

Threatened to kick us out because we were laughing too loud in our room , he was very intimidating to two lady’s who had travelled up to do an Easter event for the flood victims, will never stay there again or recommend it ..

Reviewed By chrystal2018For a get away with your furry friends or semi permanent temporary accommodation with furry family members to the retirement stages of life with your furry family , this place really has it all, and can I be the first to mention the new cabins look amazing , on a hot day you have the community pool to cool off and a really cool retro BBQ area where you can either have a log fire pit on the cold winter night or a log fire BBQ for roasting or the gas BBQ for the Australia Day snag BBQ it’s really a personal choice of preference but we loved every stay and probably will keep coming back for a holiday or maybe retirement..

UNDISCOVERED LITTLE GEM OF A PLACE
Reviewed By Michelle SMy husband and I booked in to a powered site to stay for one night. Our only regret?? We did not leave more time to stay longer. We requested a site as close as possible to the Camp Kitchen/BBQ Area and as close as possible to the amenities block. Could not have gotten closer to either if we had tried. The shower block, while dated, was immaculately clean, the toilets were spotless and the showers were amazing. The water temperature and pressure were better than I have in my own home. I did not see one bit of rubbish or mess in the whole park. Special mention to Paige who runs the park with 3 other people. NOTHING was too much trouble for her, and she is a genuinely lovely lady. She says she started off as the cleaner at the park and now runs it. Her attention to detail shows. While I did not use the laundry, I did check it out and it was the same as the shower block. Clean as a whistle. There is a petrol station across the road for milk, bread, pies or snacks, and there is a bus service to town just outside the park. Being only about 2kms or 1.3 miles to the centre of Casino, it is even a distance that is walkable. Plenty of birds to be seen, and we even scored a visit from a green tree frog. The roads in the park could use a little updating, but I am sure post COVID with more people staying and boosting profits, this will be attended to. Cannot recommend this park more. It is lovely. Will definitely be revisiting.

One Night Stay
Reviewed By PeterJC13212We have no trouble making the booking, the cost was fair. On arriving we attempted to go inside to pay etc however they don't allow the public or customers in, due to Covid-19, they never asked if we had been given any Vaccines. I asked them what time the restaurant opened and about getting breakfast, however they don't provide any food at anytime of the day. We were in Room 15, it was very good, the A/C and TV wasn't a problem nor was parking.

Such a pleasant owner, a massive range of pots, and a better range and quality of plants than most nurseries. ‘Just ignore the weeds’, as the owner told me. There are also fantastic log cabins to stay in., 3 pleasant pooches and plenty of chickens. These people need a hand-up given their chicken meat business lost the contract with an unnamed poultry company, and left them high and dry.
