Kyungae, from the travel agency was very accommodating, answered all my questions, she also suggested the best tours we get for the dates we were in Jeju island. Everything was done online, emails and messenger. It was hassle free. My tour guide/driver was Jay. He was awesome, knowledgeable, extremely nice and made sure, I had a fun time on this tour. He was always on time and knows a lot about the places we visited. Truly a wonderful experience. Definitely will book them again.

My sister found this company online and I'm so glad she booked with them. Our party of 4 consisted of my sister, our elderly parents and myself. Our super guide Jun Eun-jong met us at our hotel, went over what sights we wanted to cover and understood our need to be flexible depending on how our parents were feeling. I cannot say enough about Jun! Her English is excellent, she is knowledgeable native of Busan, great sense of humor and just an all around joy. The vehicle we had was perfect for the four of us, easy for my parents to get in and out of, and very clean. Jun let us set the pace of the tours, never hurrying us and made sure everyone's needs were met. Lunch at a local restaurant was very good, ordered ahead as to minimize wait time. The food was good but more importantly for my mom, it was super clean. Our day lasted from 9 am to just about 5 pm, we covered what we had wanted and more. I specifically asked Jun for her business card because I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone going to Busan. Thanks Jun!

We had a wonderful time in Gyeongbokgung Palace, after renting Hanbok from this one outlet outside the palace. I think it was owned by a family, a couple and theiir son. Very good service. I didnt expect the rental to be very cheap. It includes a handbag to carry our personal belongings, safekeeping of our bags, make up, hairdo and other accessories.

Our guide was both kind and competent. She accommodated our very specific and probably unusual itinerary to orient a new student to the area. I can't recommend highly enough having a local guide in an unfamiliar city, especially for travelers who don't speak the language. It is an absolute must! I will look for a local guide wherever I go in the future and hope they are as kind as Oki.

South Korea’s fifth-largest island, Ganghwado (강화도) is worth a side trip for its hilltop temples and other low-key attractions, as well as its fascinating history. For a brief period in the mid-13th century, when the Mongols were rampaging through the mainland, the island became the location of Korea’s capital. Situated at the mouth of the Han River, Ganghwado continued to have strategic importance – it was the scene of bloody skirmishes with French and US forces in the 19th century as colonial powers tried to muscle in on the ‘hermit kingdom’.
