During the Civil War, Knoxville's Mabry-Hazen House served as headquarters for both the Confederate and Union armies. Today you can visit the house and other historic homes in this eastern Tennessee city. Among Knoxville's other attractions are museums, a zoo and World's Fair Park, site of the 1982 World's Fair. University of Tennessee sports draw lots of fans, as does the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. To see Knoxville from the water, take a leisurely riverboat ride down the Tennessee River.

A bunch of my golf friends and I go on a fall golf outing every fall. The past 2 years we have played this course and it is awesome. The course is fairly open but yet challenging with some creeks, undulating and elevated greens. The group loves playing this course. A must course to play when in the Farragut area.

This course was a last minute decision on our final day of a four day golf trip, and what a great decision it was. This is a beautifully landscaped course that will make it hard to keep looking at your ball for looking at everything around you. Everything from the clubhouse to the 18th green is just great. The tee boxes and the fairways are in great shape, the greens are fast and roll truer than I can putt. I never expected to find this jewel tucked in this close to Knoxville. If your in the area and looking for a really good course for a good price and close by go to Dead Horse Lake.
