My grandson, Nathan, who is 9 years old, spends the month of August with his grandmother and me before he has to start school in New Jersey. We saw how much he was enjoying our new swimming pool and he caught on to snorkeling very quick. We decided on a whim to bring him to the Florida Keys to snorkel. After researching on the internet, my wife found Boat Rental 911 and made reservations. My wife made several call to Boat Rental 911 and the owner Vic was very honest and straight forward. We showed up to his shop the morning of August 21, 2018 and Vic took his time explaining everything about the boat to us and another family who was interested in going lobstering. After the explanation knowing we were there to snorkel asked to wait a minute as he brought the other family into the channel with their boat. When Vic came back he told us the conditions were not that good for us to go snorkeling but the next day should be better. We came back, he went over everything with us again and the conditions were perfect. As with the family the day before Vic took a short ride with us on the boat, going over it, the GPS and other topics. I never had a boat rental company treat us that good. I have rented boats at other marinas over the years, but the personal touch Vis spent with us was second to none. Everything worked perfectly on the boat. Another thing we liked, there was no rental markings on the boat which did not make us look like tourist.
