Fontaine des Trois Ordres has a dominating presence in the centre of Place Notre-Dame. The fountain was started in 1897 by Félix Faure and commemorates the pre-revolutionary events of 1788. Journée des Tuiles-Day of the Tiles was ones of those events in Grenoble that preceded the French Revolution. It is an incredibly ornate fountain and one of the many attractions that we came across on our visit in February 2020.
