Enjoy a unique tasting of organic grape-based vodka in the sleepy artist community of Sausalito. Sip cocktails and savor caviar while enjoying sweeping views of San Francisco and the bay area. Learn both how to taste vodka and how it’s distilled and explore the extensive art collection of Hanson Gallery.
Had a great time with a friend here. Stopped to look at the art and found the bar upstairs. Had a delicious vodka cocktail of Mango & Hanson’s organic Vodka, the bartender Shannon was really friendly & knowledgeable about all aspects of the gallery & local neighborhood. Stop in, it’s worth a visit!

On August 1st, the Madrigal Family Winery of Napa Valley, a Bacchus Capital portfolio company, opened its new tasting room at 819 Bridgeway in the heart of Sausalito. Since the 1930's, three generations of the Madrigal family have been farming some of Napa's finest vineyards and have always been known for their old-world hospitality; adding a second tasting room is a natural evolution of the family's history. The new Madrigal Winery tasting room is the first and only Sausalito tasting room to be opened by a "brick and mortar" Napa Valley winery.
After a long day of walking and sight seeing, we found this small and cozy tasting room. I’ve long been a fan of Madrigal wine so I was so happy to be able to stop and enjoy some of the wine with a cheese plate. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the wine was worth the wait. I ordered a “mystery” case to be sent home to Georgia. Twice the wine for the price because you let them select the it. Since I love all of the Madrigal wines, I went for it. Perfect end to the day, sitting outside sipping on a glass of Cabernet. ????
