Many people told us "you have to go to the Farmers Market if you are near Beaune". They were right! Dripping with local culture, foods, and flowers not to forget the entertainment value. one of the high points of our 2 week stay in France. Situated in what I would refer to as the town square and surrounded by beautiful buildings, Architecture, Restaurants with great food, locals come to sell their produce... from Flowers to cheeses, meats, nuts and grains, vegetables, the best lettuce in the world, meats, everything. It was fantastic!!!
