Atlantic Canada’s first fully immersive 360° cinematic dome will open in mid-September on the Halifax Waterfront a few steps from the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic. This fall, Splash will feature a 4-D experience titled Bluenose: The Legend Lives, integrating breathtaking visuals, surround sound plus wind and water effects to deliver a never before seen storytelling event.

Halifax’s exclusive comedy club, Yuk Yuks, has called The Westin Nova Scotian Hotel its home for more than a decade. Giving the club a rich history by hosting some of the most elite standup comedians from all over the world. The laughter can be heard roaring through the hotel every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. This venue, opened in 1928 as a lodge for the Independent Order of Oddfellows. In 1983, after the community had acquired the building it was refurbished and re-opened as the M.V. Bicentennial Theatre. Over the years, most of the East Coast top musical acts have performed on this stage! As well Neptune, Two Planks, Mulgrave Rd. among many others have entertained sold-out audiences with theatrical presentations! It's an amazing venue for both performers and audiences!
