You walk into the church and you are immediately surrounded by a riot of colour. Painted walls, pillars, arches, a wealth of medieval art works of all kinds - what a fabulous place. And it manages to feel like a place of worship too.

The bridge rises to a very high level, so ships can get it under it. The bridge has good views of Stralsund. Because of the repairs, the access to the city was closed.
