Great position, close to the cruise terminal, and visible from the sea. The museum is very modern, perfectly organized. It is not only about slavery and pain, it is also about history, local habits, art, plants and animals. Impressive and instructive.

There were a lot of merchants. We could negotiate with the vendors. They were very busy. They always come to the Le Marche de la Darse in the morning. They were friendly as well. I like that. Worthwhile to experience Guadeloupe food.

The Victory Place is a park. There is a shelter, wooden benches and a playground. The houses surrounded the park. There are flowers, monuments and lots of palm trees. I liked to walk here. It was so calm. Worthwhile to see!
