Independent cinema and theatre in restored Art Deco building from 1936, with 4 screens showing 2D and 3D films.
This cinema is smaller and more intimate than some of the larger multi screens that now dominate towns, although still showing the latest blockbusters. Easy booking, friendly staff and very comfortable seating, along with competitive pricing, make this a great night out

What a great day out we all had when we went to the outdoor pool in Letchworth. We’ve lived in the area nearly all our lives and NEVER been before...what a mistake!! We’d usually favoured Hitchin, but Hitchin gets overcrowded very quickly and since the building works there are no grass areas to sit out and enjoy the space...but Letchworth Pool still has all the charm of a 1950s lido, lots of space to sit and enjoy a picnic and relax, the pool and changing facilities are clean and the water looks like it is properly managed, even in hot and busy periods. We had a great Sunday there. Unless you like junk food though, I’d take your own picnic with you as the selection was fast food and limited.

A purpose-built First World War xhibition telling the story of Hertfordshire and its residents both at home and abroad during the Great War. With many previously unseen collections, children's activities, free research facilities and Cinema room, the exhibition is a great way to find out about Hertfordshire and the role its people played in WW1 a century ago. Open Thurs-Sat 10-4.

A beautiful place to walk around. Lots of different tracks to follow. And some surprises to be found.

Back for our pre curry drink - our group of 20 was brilliantly looked after again and welcomed as if we are every day regulars...we come here about once every six months and the attentive and welcoming staff make every one of our visits the perfect start to our evening. This pub is a little gem! Thanks to you all!

We held our sons birthday party at Standalone Farm last weekend for 20 four year olds and we were really impressed with how well organised the whole experience was. From first booking the day until the end of the party nothing was too much trouble for anyone we dealt with. It was great value for money and the kids loved the animals ,food and party bags. One of the team (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) walked round with us and talked to the kids about the animals. Highly recommended!
