Sit on top kayaks for hire, single or doubles available. We also have wetsuits available. We also run guided tours around the many sandbanks in the wash just off the coast here at Hunstanton. It is a fantastic place to bring the family and enjoy the beautiful sunsets that we have. you may also see some of the many seals that live and breed in the wash.

A 46-mile route that starts on Knettishall Heath and follows along flat landscape across Norfolk to the sea, part of which follows an old Roman road through the countryside.
Congratulations to those in charge of the signposts, which were clear and frequent, and much better than those on the Norfolk Coastal Path on which we continued. The walking is pleasant and easy, through very pleasant countryside - although it has no particular highlights or memorable moments. The only downside is the difficulty of finding suitably spaced accommodation, and those places that we did find were not cheap (although all were of reasonable standard). We did both Peddars Way and the Coastal Path in one go, and were extremely lucky with the weather. However, I imagine that doing P.Way in steady rain could be extremely depressing, especially as there is no point at which one could bail out and catch the bus.

Making the most of a mild February by driving up to the coast and taking in the sea air. There's free parking along the roadside and at lowish tide - a great circular walk along the beach and then back up to the cliff tops. See if you can find the ruins of St Edmund chapel and the legend of the howling wolf!

Heritage Centre containing much of the history and formation of Hunstanton, Norfolk. Displays show everything from the geology of Hunstanton, it’s multi coloured striped cliffs; the creation of the town, its railway and pier, the ‘le Strange’ family. Also the events that have shaped the town and it’s heritage. We moved from 15 The Green up to the old NatWest Bank and reopened in June 2019. Although closed from March 2020 due to Covid-19, we reopened 15th August with hours Saturday and Sunday, 1.00pm to 5.00pm. Sadly we are reducing this to 2.00pm to 4.00pm from 17th September.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and a massive thank you to the volunteers that make it possible, the people we spoke to (Steve and Shelagh?) were really friendly and informative Lots and I mean lots of fascinating old photos, articles, newspaper clippings and stories, I spent ages reading all about the railway and its demise. Excellent articles about how one man's vision created the holiday resort of Hunstanton. Lots of poignant information about the Hunstanton men who went to war and their lives, especially in this year of 1918. Again well done to all those who have a hand in this brilliant Heritage Centre

Just popped into the Sunset Bar for a quick drink. The lady behind the bar was very friendly and had great gin suggestions – I had a blackberry gin and tonic which was lovely! The prices were reasonable for such a lovely location and we were able to take a short break and sip our drinks whilst looking out over the seafront. It was a really lovely part of our trip to Hunstanton.

We come here every year when we holiday in Norfolk. Always fun and good value for money at £5.50 per adult and £4 per child. There are two 9 hole pirate themed courses with lots of crazy obstacles. Pirate music plays as you walk round that always gets stuck in my head afterwards ???? good times!
