This museum houses an impressive collection of wooden sea vessels.
Really amazing museum in the small vacation town of Clayton. Be sure to take an antique boat ride and to check out the race boat building. Wood Boat brewery is just across the street with amazing pizza and beer.

Whether you’re here to watch our cheese-flavoring process or you’re looking to taste one of our famous “River Rat” cheeses, you’re sure to fall in love at first bite. Worth a stop when you’re in the Thousand Islands. Excellent selection of cheeses, as well as freshly fried cheese curds which are out of this world. I bought a 16 year old cheddar, spicy bacon cheese, and an English style cheese spread with whole-grain mustard and ale. Plus 2 orders of fried cheese curds that my friend and I brought and ate at a nearby bar.

If you are looking for an over-the-top customer experience, filled with Award-Winning Wines, friendly staff, and a howlin’ good time, Coyote Moon Vineyards—one of New York State’s Most Award-Winning Wineries—is a must-visit destination.
During a recent wine tasting at the vineyard, Heather did a great job explaining the wines, pacing the tastings, and recommending the options. I am a Wine Club member, which gives me an incentive to return often!!! A "must stop and taste" whenever you are in the Thousand Islands Region of New York!

Great place to stop for a tasting of various spirits! Great space inside with nice tasting bar, display cases, wine slushie machine, and various items for purchase. We stopped here for a late afternoon tasting and picked up a couple of slushies to drink sitting on our hotel balcony in Clayton overlooking the river. I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful State Park for camping. Pick a site near the St. Lawrence River to see the big ships, small watercraft, ducks, seagulls, and be in close proximity to the beach, Marina, and bathhouse. Pet friendly. As first time RV campers we were nervous. Our beagle loved it and we did too. Bikes and fishing poles are good to have too. Can’t wait to go back!
