These exterior delights are only a preview of the luxury and hospitality to come. Built in 1909, the house suffered extensive damage in a terrible fire on New Year's Eve 1998. Lovingly restored by owners Scott and Maria Crawford, the house offers all of the modern conveniences a busy traveler needs, yet retains the charm of the original stained glass windows and hardwood floors throughout. The original house boasted an in-law suite at the front second floor of the house. In the renovation, the "in-law" entrance was preserved for use as a separate entrance for guests.
