La Villa, in stile liberty, risale agli inizi del ‘900 ed è stata interamente ristrutturata tra il 2020 e il 2021 apportando notevoli migliorie sia dal punto di vista strutturale che tecnologico, inserendo le più avanzate misure in campo di ecosostenibilitaà e di domotica che ti aiuteranno a godere in pieno relax la tua vacanza. Un ampio parco, completamente recintato, e un comodo cortile con parcheggio interno fanno da cornice alla maestosa villa. Comoda da raggiungere perché situata sulla statale principale del Sempione che costeggia le rive del Lago Maggiore, a pochi minuti da Arona, Stresa e dalle isole Borromee.
