The gardens and all the nature of the property it's beautiful. The staff is really kind, the check in and check out were really fast. The rooms could use some work because they look old, the bed was not that comfortable and we did have a problem because a house across the street was having a loud music and our room 205 was in front of it. Despite that, it's a peaceful place to relax.

I stayed here recently for about a week, and it was wonderful! I didn't even mind the non-air conditioned rooms and the spotty wifi; I could have lived there! The linens were changed every day and the rooms were cleaned, and the breakfast was awesome! Wonderful selection of good food! I can't wait to come back!

Well placed just outside the very noisy centre the decor is rather unique. It put a smile on my face as I am sure it was meant to. Room was compact however very clean and welcoming. Hot water (patience, waiting a minute) good, fan if needed. There are THREE secure (free) parking spaces which could be an issue if they are full however there would be parking possibilities nearby (tho not ideal). Super friendly staff were generous with their coffee (excellent) and restaurant advice. Very much recommended

Nice hotel with great service. Clean, spacious rooms. Nice view of the mountains. Free Dominican breakfast next door. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English but there was always a front desk person that did. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy and bars.

We had dinner at the restaurant on May 29, 2022. We ordered the duo of potato/squash soup and the parillada of seafood. The soup was cold, the squash version tasteless, and the potato version overpowered by garlic. The parrillada was even worse -- every bit was so overcooked...the lobster was so overcooked it was like sawdust in the mouth. It was cold and tasteless. Disgusting. We complained and they brought us a fried fish dish --- fish was tasty, but the sauce....cold and...yes, tasteless. Then we went to our $300 per night villa. They didn't give us a key to the place, and when we asked for it, a long story about how it was lost, blah, blah. The villa was filled with dust, one refrigerator was still dirty, with food and liquid stains, and the other one was leaking water. The stone steps were wet from a broken pipe water leak, in one bathroom the toilet seat was broken off, in another bathroom the toilet paper was soaking wet (and the only roll). No internet -- when I aske d
