Far from the north coast resort towns, Kingston is Jamaica at its most authentic, a sprawling city of contrasts spread between the east coast and the Blue Mountains. Kingston's diversity is reflected in its disparate neighborhoods, from the wealthy northern suburbs to the less affluent downtown. Travelers can discover the spirit of One Love at the Bob Marley Museum, or sample delicious ice cream at Devon House. Nearby, the former capital of Spanish Town offers insight into the area's history.

I totally enjoyed every moment of my time spent visiting places of great and historical interest in Jamaica. The tours were extremely well organised and everyone went out of their way to ensure we were happy and totally satisfied. Both daytime & nighttime trips out were excellent. Everyone was efficient as well as pleasant. There is nothing to comment negatively about.

This smooth Arabica coffee is sweet-toned, easily had without additives, naturally alkaline and contains vitamins and nutrients making it beneficial for daily consumption. I love healthy food and always wanted to grow my own. I started planting a few years ago, local produce such as callaloo, papaya, mangoes, etc. I started in pots because I had no land to plant and guys, it was such a beautiful, intimate experience to see how these plants grew. I believe you'll love an authentic farming experience as this one where you get to see for yourself how we grow our own food! You might even get to pick your own pineapple, papaya or avocado!
