Reviewed By alfdiazmI don't like to write bad reviews but I most this time. We were mistreated, unkindly, incredible no customer service knowledge, we even were called bad vibe group and threatened by the "Posada Tarahumara" to throw the dogs at us. This we earned because we want to stay in the dining room (the ONLY family room) after 8 pm, we asked for 8 dinners but finally we were a group of 9 people and asked in a very cordial manner to Mr Jorge, the owner, if was possible for us to have lunch & diner at the Posada. The are no chairs at the open site with the sky view, so we took a wood banquet and placed 2 meters were it was, we were told that we can't do that because could rain. I was very surprised that the posada owner Mr Jorge who assured that has 30+ years in the restaurant and posada business told us that "I don't need you to come here, I have enough money and don't need to open my place". Mr Jorge asked us to go to our cabins at 12 PM if not he will not be responsible if one of his dogs bite us. I just have the worst time in many years at this place, all the group was mistreated with any justification.

Reviewed By sergiovillaniIncreíbles Villas para relajarse con los sonidos de la naturaleza, posee todas las comodidades, villas equipadas con Cocina y sus utensilios, Aire acondicionado, Tv por cable, WIFI, piscina, y lo mejor la atención de sus dueños y colaboradores!!! En la vía a playa el agua, súper bien ubicados.

Reviewed By andread61Stayed at Villa Nirvana with my daughter and 5yr granddaughter. The pool was perfect, we had a beautiful view of the sea from our 2nd floor veranda. The rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. Kris, the owner, brought a cot for my granddaughter to sleep on (thankyou!) The owner also made coffee and brought it up for me in the morning, much appreciated!!! The gardens and potted plants are so pretty. A very peaceful retreat after a day at the beach. Thankyou Kris, wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Hospitalidad en toda su dimension
Reviewed By lugarcia3Fuimos mi esposa, dos hijos, una sobrina y mis suegros. Pasamos cinco noches y puedo afirmar que volveria porque la hospitalidad recibidad fue maravillosa y volveria mil veces.Mi familia quedo encantada porque se sintieron como en casa y nunca extrañaron nada. Mi sobrina cumplio años durante nuestra estancia y fueron especiales los detalles para con ella. El festival gastronomico nos dejo sabores insospechados de Paria y la despedida con la presentacion de un acto de teatro fue estupenda. Finalmente la atencion recibida por Jesus (Churri) su Gerente fue excepcional hay que ir para experimentar la serie de detalles recibidos para con todo el grupo familiar.

Poca limpieza y cero atención
Reviewed By Indi19La fachada y la casa es tal cual las imágenes que habíamos encontrado en la red, sin embargo a pesar de la buena atención telefónica sólo vimos a la persona encargada en una ocasión para devolver las llaves de la habitación. Las instalaciones cumplen con las facilidades ofrecidas, pero sin limpieza, muchísimo polvo acumulado e infestado de cucarachas. Manejar los detalles los ayudaría muchísimo, están muy bien ubicados a unos cuantos metros del malecón, restaurants y licorería. Es recomendable llevar repelente para insectos, velas y fósforos porque en la zona hay frecuentes fallas eléctricas.
