This place could not better the experience of seeing the 'old man of the forest' but what a great idea to have it so close by. It is worth about an hour or so of your time to learn interesting facts at this centre. It is well laid out and a lot of care is taken to educate and learn about the sun bears. They even have a scope so that you can look at the stingless bees or any other interesting smaller critters that lives close to the bears. I liked the part where there is photos and the names with some info about each one of the bears.
Experience a priceless local Sabahan tradition and bring home a free your very own hand-made pottery to show your friends! Enjoy eating the famous Tuaran Mee at Tuaran Town too!
