The Aerobic Corridor Park is a 58 km recreational trail between Morin-Heights and Amherst. The corridor is all about discovery. It's the perfect place for a privileged contact with nature as you meander through the western Laurentians at your leisure, convenience and pace. Summer and autumn: free. Winter (cross-country skiing): $
Winter: Snowshoe, Fat Tire, Cross Country ski classic or skate Summer: Hiking, Cycling, Running, exploring A beautiful trail that starts in the heart of Morin Heights and makes it way very gently up 9 km up to Montfort following creeks and crossing lakes surrounded by beautiful forest. From Montfort the path continues another 49 km ending in the small town of Amherst. I have been privileged to skiing, running, hiking, snowshoeing, cycling the corridor for over 20 years and hope to for many more.

Enjoy a complete thermal spa experience in the heart of the Laurentians. In the authentic Nordic spa tradition, the Amerispa centre in Morin-Heights will offer you a moment of absolute relaxation.
My wife and I scheduled a quick getaway without the kids. We had a very nice and relaxing afternoon at Amerispa. We started with a couples massage and then spent the rest of the afternoon bouncing around between the various hot baths and sauna's with an occasional jump in the very cold pool to reset. Everything was clean, it was not very busy and everything was quiet and calming. If I had any complaint it is that it was a bit buggy outside which was to be expected given it was the height of summer and we were in the middle of the woods. We picked up the Wayspa gift cards from Costco which gave us a 100 dollar value for 74.99. Between that and the insurance receipts it was a fairly reasonable price for a luxurious experience, though normally it is a bit pricey. I would gladly go back!

Love this place! There are 3 lifts close together so we can let the kids (age 12 and 9) take off on their own without worrying about them getting lost. Length of runs are decent enough and it’s never too busy so you get to spend more time skiing instead of waiting in lines. Conditions were amazing! Loads of fresh powder! I was surprised because a family we spoke with at our hotel said the hills at Saint Sauveur were very icy on the same day. Same thing happened to us last year when we visited in Feb- Morin Heights had amazing conditions while Sauveur was icy. Location is very beautiful with lots of trees, you feel like you are skiing in nature. Service is a 10/10, at the counter, in the shop, the staff are all terrific- very friendly and helpful. Good selection in their shop. I booked a private lesson, instructor named Ed, for 1.5 hrs, he was terrific- really helped me so much! I would highly recommend their lessons if you want to improve your skill level. We’ve tried 3 ski hills in the Saint Sauveur area and this one is our favourite.

This place is majestic! I'm usually hard to please when it comes to spas but I was really satisfied from the moment I took the appointment on the phone to the payment at the end of our spa day. The massage was extremely well executed (ask for Nancy!) in a very fancy stone-walled room with delicious asian relaxation music. The sounds bouncing off the stone wall was interestingly soothing and I had never experienced that before. My massage experience had me drooling. The thermal experience installations were just...Wow! Inspired from Asia, everything is calming about it. Several baths to choose from, as well as dry saunas and hammams, and you even have access to the river! There's also a really cool net-styled hammock for 2 people right above the river. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to chill there but I plan to return. All in all, my friend and I were blown away from beginning to end. I can't say that for many spas. We also went on a Wednesday so there weren't many people, and with the size of the spa, it almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I must return!
