This place is amazing. The staff is nice and courteous and v helpful. The food is delicious and therapies amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer but just after one day I felt soon relaxed. Amazing amazing experience.

Great place to learn to ski or for a day of fun and winter sport. Staff is friendly and helpful. One of the region’s best for family fun for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

My husband and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, and having a winter anniversary sometimes makes it hard to figure out what to do! Without being able to go outdoors, it’s sometimes tough to figure out something that would be enjoyable. We decided to give the New resort a try, we were very glad we did. Although we did not win in the casino, we had a wonderful time otherwise. The grounds and casino are clean, non-smoking, and have a great variety of both table games and machines. We had a king suite in the hotel and the room was beautifully appointed, and clean. We had some spa services done at the Crystal life spa and that also was a treat. We had a couples massage and used their eucalyptus steam room afterward. The services were great and we highly recommend their spa. The only downside I would say is that on a Monday evening there are very slim pickings for dinner. I would’ve liked to stay within the resort but unfortunately we had to venture out to find a place to have a nice dinner. Both the steakhouse and the pub were closed so the only option was fast food Chinese or the diner. Other than that a really great, enjoyable stay we will definitely visit again!
