This is a great family friendly park with 3 great hiking trails and a very interesting history. A place for all fitness levels and a great place to enjoy the beauty of nature while being less than 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. It's my favorite state park and being only 5 miles from my house, the most convenient. It's my cardio gym and a great place to clear your mind.
