Għasri (Maltese: L-Għasri) is a village in the western part of Gozo, Malta, with a population of 525 people (as of March 2014). By population, it is the smallest village in Gozo after San Lawrenz, and the third smallest in the Maltese Islands, after Bidnija and Mdina. Għasri, however, has a relatively large area.

Unique gift shop set in a 300 year old, Gozitan farmhouse. Most of the items are handmade and hand painted and include magnets, jewellery, paintings, balustrades and Tee shirts. Other gifts include beautiful wind chimes and crystals. It is in the village of Ghasri on the walking/driving route to stunning Wied il-Ghasri and the iconic salt pans.

This was one of my favourite places in Gozo and in entire Malta. Try to be here early in the morning, before 9 o'clock, and you will have the entire place for you. Beautiful, calm water, shadow and sun. After some time, people started to appear and it became crowded, because it is a very small beach. Worth the visit.
