This place is like a no frills zoo.
Wide variety of Animals, some I have never seen before even after visiting Australia zoo/san Diego zoo etc.
We saw butterfly’s, King Cobra, tarantula including Goliath bird eater, koi pond, snapping turtles which were huge, multiple alligators and crocs.
The animals all looked well looked after and had staff everywhere. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I didn’t like how the bunnies were kept. They had no toys, no hay, they were on a cage floor. nothing to do . Bunnies need mental stimulation!
I also recommend you wear lots insect repellent as I didn’t wear any and got eaten alive! I don’t usually get bit!
Worth it for the money

It's a beautiful, cool & a serene environment to walk about with children & family memebrs. Visitors/tourists love to visit & relax at this garden, especially during afternoon as the sun will be hot. But this time around there are less people due to the haze situation

Bees Museum is just adjacent to the Malacca Butterfly Park & Reptile Sanctuary, is fully sponsored and supported by Bee Farm with main objective to enhance the public's knowledge on bees and honey as there’s professionals here to take a visitor around and explain the exhibits. As a bee museum, different species of bees are preserved and exhibited. Obviously, if not for the labels, I wouldn’t be able to tell apart one species from another. It’s also a place to get pure honey products, and there are quite a few choices. One can even try out the many different honey drinks too..It is open throughout the year and entrance is free to all.
Conclusion: curious about how honey is produced, or looking to purchase honey products. Worth to spend a holiday. Your best choice travel in Malaysia, get a different tourism experience now.

The Pride of Melaka with more than 500 Animals from 150 Different Species all over the world at one place. Experience the zoo in the day and also in the night with our Night Safari. Been in existence since 1963, you will get to experience Zoo in its Natural Surroundings.
I went on 21 July with my wife and 2 kids, we did the safari , the kids enjoyed saying animals but it is not a real Safari. New ideas needed to attract animals to be close to the bus.Dear Ahmad, Thank you for your feedback. We are in the midst of bringing new concept to our Night Safari. Once launched, we will announce in our social media and hopefully you can come again to experience our Night Safari. Thank you.

Worth a visit. Tickets are not expensive at all. Bump into a few staffs washing the crocodile ponds and they are entertaining enough to play around with the crocodiles....making the crocodiles a bit aggressive instead of letting us watching those sleeping or resting crocs. The reptiles section are an upset coz I only saw 2 big pythons and one rattlesnake. The rest were kept away as the enclosures all undergoing renovation.
