Visited 17th Sept 2019 Rented a car from Santiago and drove here, the drive is quite challenging as the road close to the attraction is narrow and close to the edge of the cliff. We went on a sunny and clear day, and had to park the car and walk about 4km. Lovely view and was well worth the effort!

Thanks to guide and driver for a great experience at Termas de Cajon del Maipo on 29November2019. Local staff friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Great views. Somewhat rugged outing for those seeking an unusual experience in Andes.

Set in stunning scenery but a tricky drive to get there. Just when you think you’ve taken the wrong route you need to continue. Small charge to get in and the changing facilities are extremely limited/simple. We visited in spring when there was still snow on the ground and it snowed while we were in the pools, which added to the atmosphere and stunning views. If renting a car I’d suggest a 4x4 but it’s still achievable in something smaller.
