The Holistic Massage Centre, is located within Ladies Venture hotel in Mcleod Ganj and is run by Shammi Kumar- an experienced and knowledgeable masseur. Massage techniques include Ayurvedic, Swedish, Tibetan and all with elements of reflexology and acupressure. Shammi also gives courses to those interested to learn, which are flexible and comprehensive.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our couple’s massage at Shami’s Holistic Ayurvedic Massage Centre. He was extremely hospitable, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. He met us on the street to make sure we didn’t get lost :) He had two of his talented staff assigned to each of us. He set us up in a warm room with bamboo walls, relaxing music, and the scent of essential oils. My Ayurvedic massage was the best massage I’ve ever had. My wife’s deep tissue massage was skillful, deeply therapeutic and personally tailored. We got tea and a nice chat with Shami when it was over. We highly recommend!

Grade: Moderate Mcleodganj to Triund 2800 mtrs, 9 kms gradual trek. The trek offer panoramic views Bhagsu village, Mcleodganj, Dharamsala valley and distant views of Shivalik hills and plains of Kangra valley. The trek is moderate nature. Triund is a large land of green grass and pasture like. One can see the mighty Dhauladhar ranges just above the eyes. This is the base camp and climatization point for trekkers climbing the Inderahara point in the Mt. Dhauladhar.
This was my first trek to Triund. Since I went on a weekday and not in season, it wasn't too crowded - which I liked. I loved the trek and the views. I stayed the night at the forest rest house - it's very basic, as basic as it can get, but does it's jobs - provides you shelter at night. The sunset was amazing, and so was the milky way (no pics) on the clear night sky. Few things to note: 1. Must start trek from Galu Devi temple between 7-11 am if you are returning the same day. Only stay option is Forest rest house (Google search 'ecotourism himachal', the first result is website, select Dharmshala and then Forest rest house). I was lucky to get accommodation booking on the same day. Read 'lucky'. 2. Must carry raincoat, torch and anything else that's typically suggested (remember there is no electricity at Triund). 3. If you love dogs, please carry some biscuits. They must be rewarded with treats as they guide you and keep up your motivation.

Known for the Beauty of the water fall when the destination is reached is the fact we heard about this waterfall that determined us to climb this water fall as soon as possible and started trekking and we clmbed for 1.5 km up the hill by stairs and small slopes that were there. we finally reached the top after a 15-20 minute long walk and it was very beautiful and there were clouds over there. and it is worth atleast 30 minutes up there and it only takes 10 minutes on the way down. if we come back to the Himachal, this is a must visit place over here

The bhagsunath temple is unbelievably quaint. The temple itself is tiny with a shivalinga inside and none of the usual fanfare. The locals come here and they have maintained the complex and retained the original structure of the temple. Set at the foothills of the mighty dhauladhar ranges, it has a flowing water channel and a swimming pool with changing areas, fountains and a tea shop. The entire complex is exquisitely clean and well maintained. Go in the morning and connect with your inner self. It is another kind of experience.

Naddi View Point - Perfect location to view massive Dhauladhar Range at such a close distance, no walking or trekking involved, no more stress on knees! , The view is subjected to weather. It's mostly cloudy at this point. Enjoy food bites in cafes around with serene beauty of the Himalyas at stone throwing distance.
You can find an beautiful sunset seen from the top behind the hills. For beautiful photos and peaceful environment one must visit this place. Have small restaurants as well as road side eateries with small market. You can have an adventure sport as well - ropeway.
