I am primarily a rescue with some horses donated by their owners due to lack of time or space. I have a simple, yet safe facility for all concerned and is a haven for other animals as well, including donkeys, sheep, goats, a hog, duck, cats, dogs and a whole lot of chickens! We're surrounded by beautiful scenery with a cool tropical breeze. I welcome riders from 8 years old on up and match them to the appropriate mount providing instruction as needed. Riders can arrange to arrive early to groom with instruction, then saddle their mount. After a short lesson we head out on a beautiful ride along the water to a coral strewn beach for pictures. Then head up the hill to view east end St. John and the neighboring British Virgin Islands. I allow some trot and canter at this time. We wade in the water on our way back.
