Whenever I know I will be visiting Crested Butte, CO I always look forward to a skilled massage from one of the excellent Massage Therapists at Escape Bodywork Boutique. There are many types of massage/bodywork treatments to choose from as well as Spa wraps etc.. If you are planning on a massage I highly recommend you book your massage experience through Escape. By the way, right next door to this establishment is an excellent, caring and gentle Chiropractor (Mimi at Bliss Chiropractic). Massage and a spinal adjustment would be a great combo to keep you feeling limber for your activities in the Crested Butte environment.

Creekside spa is a quaint spa nestled in downtown Crested Butte. We offer multiple treatment rooms and a variety of treatments to meet your individual needs. We have full staff of experienced and qualified therapists. The perfect way to recover from outdoor adventures or relax and be pampered.
I had an amazing 90 min deep tissue massage with Mary Nolan! She knows what she’s doing, perfectly aggressive for deep tissue massage! The place is our go to for massages and has never let us down. The rooms are very clean and nicely designed. My wife and I have had numerous therapists here and all of them have been top notch and have really great energy. We are even thinking of joining their monthly membership program!

My wife and I own a condo in Mt. Crested Butte. We use it part of the year and rent it out as well. The condo has no fitness facility or pool, but it is within walking distance of the Elevation Spa, so we thought we would try it out. We were truly impressed! Elevation is more than just a spa; it includes a full fitness facility. I used the fitness facility while my wife got a massage at the spa. I can comment only on the fitness facility. It is spacious, quiet and fully equipped. There is a variety of modern cardio machines, including stationary cycles, treadmills and striders. The cardio machines face a large window with a great view of the mountains. The fitness facility also has a full set of free weights and weight machines, plus an area for stretching. Guests have access to well-appointed locker rooms. Guests get a key to a spacious locker. The locker rooms have fully private showers, a nice sink area, and a steam room. There is even a quiet co-ed social room between the men's and women's locker room where you can chill with your spouse or significant other. Fitness center guests have the use of a small indoor pool - too small for laps, but enough for relaxation and stretching. There is also an indoor jacuzzi and two outdoor hot tubs. The fitness center was everything I was looking for in a fitness club near my condo. If you are not a guest of the Elevation resort the fee for day use may seem a bit steep, although you truly get a full day - you can use the facility to get dressed and warm up before hitting the slopes or the trails, and come back again later in the day to shower off and relax in the pool, jacuzzi or hot tub. You can buy a pass for a longer term. i bought a one-week pass that I thought was a great bargain; the per-day cost was very reasonable with the week-long pass. Even the one-day rate, however, is reasonable, given all of the amenities. We are at Mt. Crested Butte several times per year. I know I will be a regular guest at the Elevation Spa in the future. It's a great amenity for people like me who stay in nearby condos that don't have their own facilities.
