Yes, Cape May is, technically, on the Jersey Shore. But it’s the antithesis of the Jersey Shore you’ll see on TV—instead of nightclubs and tanning parlors, you’ll find Victorian mansions and a famous lighthouse.

From front desk to the therapists, very professional establishment. My husband and I opted for the midweek special which consisted of a Swedish massage with foot scrub and reflexology. Both Brenda and Jasmine were skilled practitioners and I would highly recommend their services. Can’t wait to return!

Loved the bath products and spa products they use, I ended up buying some. The massage and facial were both great, comfortable surroundings and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful and tiny, this yoga studio never fails in offering a fantastic class. Each instructor is kind, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Lia, the owner sets the tone for acceptance and practicing at your own level. Saturday’s strong flow is the best. The smell of the baked goods and coffee coming from the first floor only makes the experience that much better.
