Located in Basavanagudi, this temple (built by Kempegowda in the Dravidian style) contains a huge granite monolith of Nandi. The temple grounds also host the annual groundnut fair in November/December. The nearby Dodda Ganesha Temple and Bugle Rock Garden also can be visited.
Very happy to see humoungous Nandi Statue. Happy to see a dedicated temple for Nandi(Bull). This temple is in the same premises as Dodda Ganesh temple. It is a small hillock hosting Nandi temple. Very much recommend to visit this place, to see one of the biggest Nandi's in India.
