I planned to visit this viewpoint and so sought directions as to it's location as most people would do. The entrance is sign posted as well. There is a very good leaflet to be had from the Tourist Information Centre in Enniskillen that gives you well explained details entitled Lough Navar Forest Drive and it was very helpful in respect of the seven (7) main points of interest and how to get to them either by car or, with some, on foot. This is a seven mile long drive that has been created to allow the public to enjoy the scenery within the forest area. Magho Cliffs, at a height of 1,000 ft as a viewpoint is one of the best I've seen and we were lucky to be there on a warm sunny day to see a bird's eye view of Lower Lough Erne and its islands. To the East are the rounded Sperrin Mountains, to the North lie the Blue Stack Mountains in Donegal while to the West there is Slieve League, Donegal Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Brought by kids up here today!! Absolutely brilliant. Veronica and her assistant were fantastic from start to finish. My kid’s are still speaking about it!! Really really worth a visit. So much fun and learning for such a little cost. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

The ivy-covered ruins of the castle sit on small peninsula at the west end of Lower Lough Erne. The castle itself is out of bounds but there are plenty of circular walks around the peninsula. Great for the family day out out with well maintained pathways, lake views and surrounded by nature. A bit out of the way but well worth the visit.

It is marvellous how the people got stones up here and built it, as it sits high up. Well worth seeing and the park around it is kept in immuclate condition.
