Down a small road, which feels like someones driveway, this incredible place greats you. The amazing thing about this waterfall is that you can swim here and also go in behind the waterfall to get some amazing photos of the water cascading down, If you are interested in seeing a video (incl drone footage) of this waterfall and more on Samoa. Check out MATT'YS SHENANIGANS on youtube.

Was totally amazed at the blow holes. I think you actually need to do it for yourself to truly appreciate them. Yes I'd read reviews and seen pictures but nothing had prepared me for what we experienced. Yes the track is a bit rough driving in but if you go slow its ok. We paid at the gate then had to pay $5 tala to park but thats their source of income, they ate tourist attracrions and its a cheap price in comparison to other countries. We paid $10 tala for the man to drop coconuts into the blow hole and that was well worth it to see them fire out. Would highly recommend to anyone to make the effort to go here as i would definitely re visit again.

I've seen a few reviews about people being disappointed about having to pay to see it. With almost every in Samoa, you must pay to see. We didn't mind considering how poor Samoa's economy is (compared to Australia) and for most families, this is the only way they can support their families so please be gracious when giving and be mindful that you may have just paid for their dinner for the week. I first saw this walk on my parents' camera back in the 90s and I finally got to experience it in 2018 (I know, quite a long time). It was a short walk but a bit of a steep climb. Staircase around the tree was exciting (which were quite narrow so if you're quite wide in the hips, you might need to do what I did and walk up sideways LOL). The lookout was covered by a few branches but, other than that, the scene on the top was beautiful. The bridge itself however doesn't really look safe, it's made out of ladders but definitely worth the experience... when you make it to the other side alive.

It is a bumpy ride up to the cave, so make sure you have an appropriate vehicle. You pay around $15 tala per person, and you get a guide for the trip. Once you get down to the cave, the guide tells you the urban / mythical legend about the cave. Make sure you bring suitable shoes (not jandles), and torches. The cave is actually quite spectacular, but it is very dark. Might not be suitable for young children. Has anyone actually jumped in the water and gone to the otherside?!?!?!
