Barcelona feels a bit surreal – appropriate, since Salvador Dali spent time here and Spanish Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí designed several of the city’s buildings. Stepping into Gaudí’s Church of the Sacred Family is a bit like falling through the looking glass - a journey that you can continue with a visit to Park Güell. Sip sangria at a sidewalk café in Las Ramblas while watching flamboyant street performers, then create your own moveable feast by floating from tapas bar to tapas bar.

We had a little time our last evening, and decided to take a stroll at the Platja de Sant Sebastiá. It was clean, not too crowded, and just right for us to toss our shoes and go for a little barefoot stroll in the shallow surf. It was a great way to end our days in Barcelona.

This is a clean beach with beautiful scenery along the boardwalk. We took a stroll along the beach from Port Vell to a beach bar next to the marina near the Casino Barcelona. There were multiple choices of restaurants along the water or the side streets. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively.

A big park in the middle of the city with small animals, a pod and fountains. Very nice scenery for your eyes and helps you to relax and enjoy God's creations!
