the room was clean with some "personal" touches such as making toilet paper into flowers on top of the roll. however, the front desk staff was truly pathetic. kept on lying one after another. when we checked in, we were given a 2nd floor room. we asked if we could have a first floor room, the staff said there were no rooms available. all full. I had to raise eyebrows because there were a total of 14 vehicles for a 99 unit accommodation. see pictures of empty parking spaces at 11:30 pm. next morning, we discovered that there was no hot water. let the shower run for 30 minutes. still no hot water. the very same front desk staff told me that all rooms have hot water. and for me to turn all the way to red dot. i told him that's what we did. and I asked him to come up to the room to see for himself. guess what? he sent one of the housekeepers who couldn't speak or read english instead. when i came back again, he said that maintenance is on their way. we had only 30 minutes before check out time. i told him that he could offered to change rooms when he learned of this, but he said he would have changed if we told him last night. what? we didn't shower last night, but tried to shower this morning. upon check out, i told him that it was one of worst Motel 6 stays that we have experienced. he asked me for my phone number for the manager to call us, which never happened. so much dishonesty all around thus 1 star.

Room was dirty. Beds were not made. Stains/handprints and other body part prints on table. Bathroom not stocked or cleaned. Really disgusting and disappointing. Took about 15 minutes to get checked in and the same for check out. Slow and frustrating service.

Huge room and bathroom. Lots of lighting, comfy bed. Recliner, table and two chairs. Flatscreen, fridge and microwave. Spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfy, miles ahead of chain hotels! Scott was terrific, welcoming and friendly. There is even a resident greeting-dog!

This motel was one of the cleanest value priced hotels that I have ever stayed in. Just make sure that you call if you are not going to make it there by 9pm. This is a small independent. The property is right off of Interstate 80.

***Do not go here. These people are scammers that stole money. After checking in to my room, I noticed multiple issues with the room - the cold/hot water was not working properly, the toilet and shower was not cleaned as well as it smelled terrible. After 10 mins in the room I decided to find another place. Craig, plays himself to be a nice caring man, lied to me and said he would give me the full refund. Five days later, and after a brief phone call with Craig, he informed me he would not be giving me a refund, as well as calling me a liar.

We stayed while traveling to Wyoming & back to Kansas. Nice clean rooms, coffee & muffins for breakfast, ice for the road! We just needed a place to sleep, no amenities needed, at a LOW cost. Attendant was polite & accommodating.
