Reviewed By Maria ZI search 'long term parking options with a shuttle', and this hotel popped up. I'm glad I chose Best Western. It was clean and the service was out of this world. The shuttle was ten minutes from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even though I live with driving distance, my very early flight, and long-term parking was just what I needed.

Cheated me and lied to me
Reviewed By susandQ9986XII used Wyndham points for this reservation and yet was charged on my credit card. When I called I was told "it was a mistake and I would be credited" but this never happened. On arrival the lobby was closed and I had to wait about a half hour before I could check in.

Reviewed By 173donaldlFirst the good news. The toilet must have been sanitized because it had one of those paper rings on the seat. Now the bad news. Where to begin. The reception sign in area was enclosed with 1”-thick bullet proof glass. Outside an “interesting” lady seemed to be looking for cigarette buts. The bed had just two pillows. There was only one light on the night stand. It did have a plug but it unfortunately shut off when the wall light switch was turned off. I woke up to nearly discharged electronics. The soap and shampoo were super duper cheap. And I had to leave the shower to cut off a corner of the shampoo package with scissors. And the worst part of my visit was that the bathtub was ridiculously slippery and I fell down and hit my head which was the first time I have every done that. A well-deserved two star rating.

Reviewed By G8706GWedwardlI was going to try to rent a room. I went upstairs to view room before renting. I was appalled by all the blood on the balcony floor leading to a specific room. I saw a cleaning person and told them about the blood. They told me fights happen here all the time, I went back to service desk when two Police arrived. I ask them if this was a safe area to stay. They told me to get the hell out of this area and go up north of Ontario where it was much safer. I had jus left a Motel six in area for same reason. Stay away from this Motel.

Reviewed By Jim TProperty is in absolutely horrific condition. Beyond fixable. Highly recommend that it be torn down and sold off to construction equipment rental business. Room condition - terrible, check-in/check-out via bullet proof window, unquestionably the worst Wyndham property in the country
